Equipped with traction control, they are the only Italian-made sport bikes in their class to feature an aluminium frame, confirming their status as the most high-performing and safest 125cc models on the market. The entire Aprilia 125 range is fitted with powerful Euro 5+ engines, full LED lighting and standard Bosch dual-channel ABS with anti-rollover, ensuring outstanding braking precision and control.

NEW FACTORY LINE UP

THE APRILIA DIAMONDS

2025 unveils the future of the Factory lineup with an exciting new addition that is set to light up the racing scene: the highly anticipated Aprilia RS 660 Factory.
Alongside it, the entire Factory line raises the bar with cutting-edge features, from the Tuono 660 Factory, equipped with Launch Control and an improved power-to-weight ratio for explosive starts, to the iconic and sophisticated Tuono V4 Factory and RSV4 Factory, both with a new design featuring integrated winglets and Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension. The legendary Aprilia V4 reaches new heights of power, with 180 horsepower for the Tuono V4 and Tuono V4 Factory, and a mighty 220 hp for the RSV4 and RSV4 Factory, making them the most powerful street-legal superbikes in the world.

RS 660 FACTORY

RACING PEDIGREE

Aprilia RS 660 Factory debuts at the top of Aprilia’s mid-range lineup with premium equipment designed for riders who demand peak performance on every track. With a racing spirit and refined components, the Factory version brings Öhlins suspension excellence to the road courtesy of a NIX 30 series fork with 43-mm stanchions and STX 46 shock with an internal reservoir, both finely adjustable for flawless performance. New details such as the two-tone seat and a striking livery of black on the sides and red on top establish the RS 660 Factory as the sportiest and most refined model in its segment. Both the RS 660 and RS 660 Factory boast racing-inspired aerodynamics with winglets, a new suite of active electronic controls and a more powerful 105 hp twin-cylinder engine that enables the Aprilia RS 660 Factory to reach a top speed of 240 km/h.

APRILIA TUAREG RALLY

The Tuareg's off-road spirit

Following on from the success of the Tuareg Racing project, we bring you the Aprilia Tuareg Rally, a derivation of the competition version which was crowned King of Africa in the 2024 Africa Eco Race.
Introducing the new twin-cylinder benchmark which is looking to dominate the most challenging off-road adventures.

Meanwhile, the Aprilia Tuareg 660 continues to evolve, courtesy of a new Euro 5+ engine, redesigned front lighting unit and brand-new racing colour options.

Aprilia Tuareg Rally, the new king of off-road twin-cylinders, is designed for adventurers who aren’t prepared to compromise. The Aprilia Racing department’s experience and multiple champion Jacopo Cerutti team up to satisfy the most demanding Enduro riders out there, delivering maximum performance and thrills on any type of terrain.

“With the Rally version, we’ve taken it a step further, coming very close to a full rally-raid bike. With the right tyres, it can easily take you over desert dunes”.

– Jacopo Cerutti

Rally replica

Aprilia Tuareg Rally is available in the very same unmistakable “Rally race replica” colour that adorned Jacopo Cerutti’s bike when he crossed the legendary Dakar finish line in first place in January 2024. The fork, wheel rims and handlebar are all finished in a sporty anodised gold colour, while tapered lines, an ultra-protective aluminium sump and a new high mudguard showcase the bike’s uncompromising off-road character. The raised seat and larger handlebar offer increased control while riding in standing position on particularly extreme stretches.

Born for off-road

Equipped with a custom engine map, Aprilia Tuareg Rally offers a quicker, more responsive throttle response. This setup ensures optimal control when overcoming obstacles, allowing for precise handling on the most challenging off-road sections. The SC Project exhaust, specifically designed for the Rally, is made from titanium and features a racing end cap with a 60 mm outlet to enhance performance and sound. It also reduces the overall weight of the motorcycle to a curb weight of just 199 kg.

Designed for the most demanding riders

Aprilia Tuareg Rally is equipped for the most challenging off-road conditions, thanks to heavy-duty spoked wheels with narrow Ergal rims and knobby tyres with inner tubes. The Kayaba suspension provides 240 mm of travel, the best among twin-cylinder bikes, and features linear constant-rate springs that enhance handling on rough terrain and reduce static sag, adding height to the bike.

TUONO 457

THE ULTIMATE FUN BIKE BECOMES 457

Designed for amazing performance and riding pleasure within its category. Adrenalin on two wheels, a distinctive style and the very best technology combined to deliver unrivalled control and thrills. Welcome to the most anti-conformist Tuono ever made. A true Naked that maintains the key Tuono values and characteristics, designed A2 motorcyclists.

Generation 457

Designed for a new generation of riders the Aprilia Tuono 457 is for those who relish the thrills of road riding whilst demanding outstanding performance and pure fun.

Two liveries, the same Tuono essence

The Aprilia Tuono 457 comes in two livery variants, each of which represents its own unique character. Piranha Red celebrates Aprilia’s sporting tradition with an eye-catching combination of black and red that emphasises the bike’s aggressive nature, while the more sober grey and white tones of Puma Grey create a sophisticated urban style that gives a more elegant, understated look to the Tuono 457.

A declaration of personality

The Aprilia Tuono 457 makes a design statement with its compact, essential lines that capture the sporting soul of a true Naked. The triple full-LED headlight cluster reproduces Aprilia's iconic style, while the small spoiler, with its advanced aerodynamics, pays homage to the legendary Tuono 1000 R. Every detail is the result of functional, sports-oriented design, with the fuel tank’s excellent ergonomics combining with the wide handlebar and low seat, tapered at the sides, to deliver a riding experience that is comfortable but always dynamic.

Pushing performance to the limit

The Aprilia Tuono 457 is powered by a modern 457-cc twin-cylinder engine with load-bearing capacity. This jewel of Aprilia technology has deliberately been left uncovered to showcase its uniqueness in the category.
The ultra-modern liquid-cooled engine delivers up to a 35 kw (47.6 horsepower) at 9400 rpm, the maximum allowed for an A2 compliant motorbike, and a record for a forward-facing twin-cylinder with this capacity.

Extraordinarily lightweight and agile

The Aprilia Tuono 457 is the only bike in its segment to boast an aluminium frame, a choice that ensures dynamic excellence. Designed using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), advanced technology and extensively road tested, the frame helps the bike achieve a dry weight of just 159 kg, setting a record power-to-weight ratio. The suspension package is also high level, with the preload adjustable on both the 41-mm fork and rear shock absorber, which operates on the asymmetrical steel swingarm. All in all, the perfect formula for a rigorous yet highly responsive riding experience.

The fun continues to evolve

Technology is used to up the fun for Aprilia Tuono 457 riders, courtesy of an electronics package that is set to revolutionise the segment. Ride by Wire, originally introduced by Aprilia in MotoGP, combines with three Riding Modes that optimise power output, torque and traction control across three levels, even while riding. To make your ride easier and more intuitive, simply select the most appropriate mode using the handy backlit handlebar commands and you’ll see your choice displayed on the ultra-modern 5” TFT colour dashboard.

Field of view Tuareg 660: a lens on the alpine pastures

He’s a photographer who specialised in fashion and has always been passionate about motorcycling.

Adriano Cisani, astride his Tuareg 660, rode from Milan to the mountains for the first meeting with “his” cow amidst the high mountain pastures. This is his story, with a video produced for the occasion, a story of personal points of view and individual growth, with a love for two-wheelers.
Photographer Adriano Cisani specialises in fashion and art photography. For his passion and work, he has to constantly challenge himself in search of new stimuli, new stories and new emotions to capture with his camera. He owes much to the city where he works, Milan, a city that, as he says, gives you energy but at the same time takes it away. And this is why every now and then it is necessary for him to escape the traffic of Milan on his Tuareg 660.
The occasion to set off on this new adventure is one of those special ones that take you back in time, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, putting you in contact with the simple and genuine nature of the high mountain pastures. As a birthday present,  Adriano was given the certificate of adoption of Rata, a dairy cow! What better excuse than this to get on his motorbike and ride up to the alpine pastures, among the breath-taking views and magnificent roads around the Maniva pass?

Adriano and the cows: symbolism and inspiration.

“I’ve always been fascinated by this animal that is so powerful and yet at the same time so friendly and tame. I consider a cow to be the perfect synthesis of contrasts, a bit like the fusion of yin and yang. My very first stuffed animal was a little cow, and even though my first encounter as a child with a real cow was traumatic – I got gored – this connection remained over the years, until my uncle gave me this adoption certificate for Rata. It’s a start-up project that supports young alpine breeders and every month gets me some cheese – delicious! – made from the milk of the adopted cows.”

The meaning of being a biker.

“Travelling by motorbike allows you to get into direct contact with what is around you. A motorbike is the perfect vehicle for reaching the places I’m looking for – the most isolated ones – to find the best stimuli and inspirations for my shots. Unlike a car, a motorbike facilitates more direct communication, and in a way it generates a more immediate empathy with the people you meet. It may sound  trivial, but seeing someone approach you on a motorbike – hearing them from a distance – helps to break down communication barriers. What’s more, riding a motorbike for me is an educational activity in so many ways. It can help you face life’s problems from a different perspective, with greater awareness of your own resources; it’s something that makes you grow, the moment you realise you’re capable of overcoming the challenges that the road presents.”

Educational experiences on two wheels.

“I will certainly never forget my first time solo in the Agriates desert in Corsica, where it was just me, my bike, and a tent. Spending nights in the cold under the starry sky was an incredible experience. Being isolated for days in the ‘wild’ environment of a relatively remote area like that really made me re-evaluate so many aspects of life. When you set off on a journey like that, you have a heightened sense of how vulnerable and ‘small’ we are compared to the nature surrounding us. On a motorbike, the constant presence of risk, even if it’s only marginal, forces you to sharpen your senses, to stay focused on everything around you. Then if the unexpected does happen, that’s when you feel most alive. When it happened to me, I skid out and my bike went flying into the current of a river, my instinctive response, after the first moment of panic, was to retrieve the bike as quick as possible, fix what could be fixed and try to start again. It’s from overcoming challenges like this that you learn how every obstacle, big and small – in motorcycling as in life – has to be faced head-on.”

Thanks to the ability to reach even the most inaccessible places and the freedom to stop anywhere, to capture and immortalize the perfect moment, the Tuareg 660 is Adriano’s ideal work companion. With the fusion of two of his passions, photography and motorcycling, the Tuareg 660 has become the ultimate means of transforming every ride into an adventure and every trip into a mission, always in search of the best shot, the right atmosphere, and the most powerful stories to be told, with the camera lens as a filter, guided by his instinct and creativity.
